Venue 114 - Sunshine Coast

Venue 114 is a three level modern facility with 15 spaces for hire including 3 halls, an outdoor stage overlooking Lake Kawana, two indoor stages equipped with high quality sound and lighting infrastructure and live streaming capabilities, 8 meeting rooms, function room and lakeside courtyard all capturing pristine lake views.

This in demand, vibrant, multifunctional venue hosts a variety of community focused events, conferences, expos, corporate functions, children's entertainment and live music performances.

Venue 114 can accommodate 450 people banquet style, 800 people theatre style and 1,400 people standing always operates in a COVID safe environment. Hosting and producing over 1,000 successful events per calendar year and attracting close to 80,000 patrons this in demand venue is the ideal space for your next special event.

Located at 114 Sportsmans Parade, Bokarina and in close proximity to public transport Venue 114 has both an onsite car park and on street parking. No reserved parking is available as the car park is not exclusive to Venue 114.

Traffic congestion can occur typically at school drop off and pick up times due to the school located across the road from Venue 114. We encourage you to arrive early and to consider carpooling and the use of public transport.

Please note that parking in undesignated spaces may incur an infringement. Sunshine Coast Council can issue infringements for incorrect parking. Venue 114 staff have no authorisation to reverse infringement notices.
