The QA kitchen has undergone a transformation with Jason Anderson taking the helm as head chef in conjunction with the introduction of a new menu focused on fresh, traditional fare.

Get Lively with the Locals
At the QA Hotel we pride ourselves on the ability to cater for all groups, large and small. For this reason we have created areas in our main bar that can be roped off (and table clothed if desired) for groups and occasions of all types, free of charge for up for 40 people.
Function food platters from our function pack are welcomed to be ordered when booking and armbands are readily available if you wish to run a bar tab.
Cellar
Easily the best kept secret at the QA.
The original cellars built in the late 1800s have been transformed into a unique function space quite like no other. The options are endless down here and limited only by your imagination - from sit down intimate dinners or luncheons to a special occasion event with a difference.
This charming piece of yesterday has its own bar with two beers on tap - and yes - you choose which two. A flat screen plasma can be hooked to a laptop for visual presentations and the sound system offers the option of in house music, personal iPod, DJ or Band. A radio microphone is also available. Also a great space and has all the facilities for product launches. The cellar is where our degustation dinners are held as well.
The Boardroom

Classic 16 seater boardroom table with wall mounted plasma for laptop presentations (HDMI, RGB & VGA), whiteboard and complimentary wireless broadband. Business meetings and presentations have never been so convenient.
This stylish room often doubles as a banquet setting for those special occasions and comes complete with a self serve beverage option if desired. This scenario is perfect for a business/pleasure lunch or dinner where privacy is preferable. You can even check out the big game on the plasma while your there!
Sky Bar
Perfect for Parties!
Holding 250 stand up and 120 seated the Sky Bar is perhaps for Engagement Parties, Wedding Receptions, Product Launches, Trade Shows, Business Meetings and of course Christmas Parties!!
The space consists of a carpeted area and a polished wooden floor - just perfect for dancing with a curtain divider that is optional to use, depending on the event. A fully equipped bar complete with changeable leadlight colour backdrop ensures you add your personal touch to your function, whatever the occasion.
The room boasts four plasmas that can be utilized for dvd or photo graphics slide shows and a state of the art sound system that allows your choice of in house music, personal iPod, band or DJ. Microphone is also available for speeches is necessary. Bathrooms are also located on this level.
