Queensland Tennis Centre

Located on King Arthur Terrace, Tennyson and boasting 23 international standard courts, the Queensland Tennis Centre is Brisbanes premier tennis facility, providing Brisbane tennis coaching, tennis fixtures and court hire services.

Tennis in Queensland is set to be bigger, brighter and more spectacular than ever with the advent of the Queensland Tennis Centre. Set on the banks of the iconic Brisbane River at Tennyson, the $82 million state-of-the-art facility includes:

Pat Rafter Arena - a 5,500 seat international-standard centre court with 20 corporate suites
A total of 23 International Tennis Federation standard courts including clay, grass and cushion acrylic (plexicushion) surfaces - the first in Australia to be built with all three Grand Slam surfaces.
A pro shop, changing rooms, meeting / function facilities and
Administrative offices for Tennis Queensland.
The centre caters for everyone, from the four-year-old at kindergarten and his grandmother at midweek ladies, to the seasoned pros and those striving for Grand Slam glory.

TICKET HOLDERS TRAVEL FREE ON SELECTED TRANSLINK SERVICES

Ticket holders can travel free to and from the Brisbane International with TransLink on Queensland Rail train and Brisbane Transport bus services. Pre-purchased event tickets are available for travel on TransLink event shuttle buses, Queensland Rail train and Brisbane Transport bus services on the day of the event. Event tickets purchased at the Queensland Tennis Centre box office at the venue, on the day of the event, are only valid for free post-event travel.

Information regarding last services for each travel route on Queensland Rail trains will be available each day at the Information Booth at the Queensland Tennis Centre, the Brisbane International and Translink advise all patrons to check their individual service times prior to attending the tournament to ensure they are able to travel home safely.

PARKING

There is no public parking at the Queensland Tennis Centre. It is advised that you use public transport, which is free with a valid event ticket to get to the Brisbane International.

During major events at the Queensland Tennis Centre, one hour parking restriction apply throughout the precinct from 7am to 10pm (on event days only).
