Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) - Concert Hall

QPAC is located on the corner of Grey and Melbourne Streets, South Bank, Queensland, Australia.

QPAC is home to four world-class performance venues and state-of-the-art production facilities, with a fifth venue currently in construction (2024).

Concert Hall _ This page
One of Australia's most spectacular concert venues. The Concert Hall faces Melbourne Street and is directly opposite the South Brisbane train station on Grey Street.

Playhouse
The Playhouse is at the Russell Street side of QPAC with two entrances facing the South Bank Parklands.

Cremorne Theatre
Experience the magic of the Cremorne Theatre - QPAC's most versatile and intimate venue.

Ideally situated on the banks of the Brisbane River at South Bank, alongside 17 hectares of river walks, manicured parks, rainforest settings, restaurants and craft markets, QPAC is a 10 minute walk from the Brisbane city heart. QPAC is part of the dynamic Cultural Centre precinct.

The main Box Office is located upstairs (Level M) from the Grey Street entrance to QPAC - open 9am to 8.30pm, Monday to Saturday. Please note the Box Office is open two hours prior to a scheduled performance on Sundays.

Public Transport
There are many easy ways to get to QPAC, whether it be via a short walk from the city across Victoria Bridge, driving and parking in one of the nearby carparks or using one of the public transport options that stop just outside the front door or within easy strolling distance.

By Train: to South Brisbane Station, opposite QPAC in Grey Street.
By Bus: to the Cultural Centre Busway Station on the Melbourne Street side of QPAC.
By CityCat: to South Bank Ferry Terminal which is only a short walk along the river from QPAC, in South Bank Parklands.
By Taxi: to the designated taxi set-down and pick-up area on the Grey Street side of QPAC. Free taxi phones are located in the main Melbourne Street foyer, the Cremorne Theatre Lobby and the coffee shop level of the Playhouse, as well as at Stage Door.
