Discover the people places and stories of Brisbane at the Museum of Brisbane, open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm.

Since opening in 2003, MoBs exhibition program is dedicated to celebrating the communities and culture of Brisbane through an innovative and contemporary combination of social history and visual arts.

Each exhibition provides an opportunity to discover more about different aspects of Brisbanes cultural and historical landscape.

MoB also explores the people and communities of Brisbane and how their unique stories have contributed to the city we live in today. An ever-changing program of exhibitions, installations and events ensure that every visit to MoB is unique.

Museum of Brisbane is open daily and all exhibitions, events and activities are FREE.

Museum of Brisbane is a purpose-built gallery sitting on Level 3 of Brisbane City Hall.

Museum of Brisbane is located on Level 3, Brisbane City Hall (Adelaide and Ann Street, Brisbane QLD). Enter through the King George Square foyer of City Hall. Take the lifts located on the right of the building, just out the front of the Shingle Inn up to level 3. Please note, you can not access the Museum via stairs. The cloakroom is located on ground floor, opposite the lifts.
