QUEENSLAND'S PREMIER BUSINESS PARK

Brisbane Technology Park is the largest and most prestigious business park in Queensland.

Originally a Queensland Government initiative established to foster the growth and collaboration between companies in knowledge based industries, the location is now home to over 190 companies employing 10,000 people with a further 45,000sqm in prime office space to be delivered in the next ten years.

Spread over 33 hectares and located at the junction of South-East Queensland's three major motorways, Brisbane Technology Park is a 15 minute drive from Brisbane CBD.

TECHNOLOGY PARK MASTER PLAN

Brisbane Technology Park boasts over 45 commercial office buildings, Conference Centre, Quest Hotel and a variety of casual eateries and business support services. It is a short drive to Mount Gravatt shopping centre and 20 minutes to the CBD.

The location is divided into three main precincts: the Innovation Precinct (on the corner of Miles Platting and Logan roads), BTP Central and lower Brandl Street.

Two new office buildings are under construction in the Innovation Precinct on track for completion in early 2018.
