The Brisbane Cricket Ground or The Gabba is Brisbane's premier sports ground.

The Gabba is an icon of the Brisbane landscape and is the home ground for the Brisbane Lions, Brisbane Heat and Queensland Bulls. It is regarded as an impenetrable fortress for the Australian cricket team, with one of the best cricket wickets in the world

First established in 1895, The Gabba has hosted many major events including cricket, AFL, baseball, rugby league, rugby union, Olympic soccer and most recently two sell-out Adele concerts.

The venue has 42,000 capacity and a range of function and meeting spaces that are used extensively throughout the year. The stadium boasts unrestricted views of the oval playing surface from all areas making it ideal to host international sporting and entertainment events.

Directions

From Brisbane City or North: Vulture Street exit off South East Freeway, or take Main Street off the Story Bridge.
From the South: Take the Stanley Street exit off South East Freeway and follow the signs to Vulture St.
From the East: Follow Stanley st.

From the West: At some stage you must link up to the South East Freeway, see above for from the north or south details.

Ground Access

Public access to the Gabba is via Gates 2 and 9 (Stanley Street) or Gates 4 and 7 (Vulture Street).

Parking

Parking restrictions and road closures apply in the Gabba Traffic Area before and after Cricket matches. 15-minute parking limits apply in most restricted areas unless otherwise signed.

Taxis will drop off in Wellington Road, Linton Street and Duke Street only. After the game a supervised taxi rank will operate in Wellington Road near the East Brisbane School.

Box Offices

Tickets are available for purchase and collection from gate opening times on match-days.

Ticket offices are located at Gabba Gates 1, 2, 4, 7 and 9 (note some ticket offices are closed depending on the event).

By choosing Print-At-Home as your delivery method, tickets can be printed at your convenience. These are also accepted to obtain free public transport to and from the game.
