Normally she hosts groups of up to eight in her home kitchen but since the pandemic struck she's been sharing her heritage with people around the country via Zoom. " Dumplings are the perfect medium for bringing people together'' says the Melbourne-based teacher. " People love dumplings but it's also very simple food.'' At the end of the twohour class participants briefly sit down together while apart to savour their handiwork.
