Joaquin Phoenix returns to the role that earned him an Academy Award reuniting with director Todd Phillips for this sequel to 2019's Joker.
Co-stars fellow Oscar-winner Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn.
Although we've seen images from this upcoming sequel to 2019s Joker Warner Bros. remain tight-lipped about the story.
What we do know is that Lady Gaga will be joining Joaquin Phoenix as Harley Quinn and that the film will be a musical of some sort.
Naturally our interest is piqued and we guess that it won't be the sunny happy-go-lucky type of musical of old but rather an edgy and confronting story with a surreal musical narrative woven throughout. Your guess is as good as ours but we're keen to learn more.
Joker: Folie à Deux is in cinemas October 4.
